For some vehicles the throttle body spacers do not provide much of an increase, but for the 5.7 liter Hemi engines in the new Dodge vehicles every review I have found listed a noticeable increase in power and fuel mileage gains between .5 and 2 miles per gallon.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled throttle body spacer # AR510-624 to measure it for you. Left to right the holes are 2-3/4 inches apart on center. Front to back they are 2-5/8 inches apart on center. I have included a picture showing this for you.
This spacer is designed for a Toyota Tacoma. Even though the Hilux is basically the same truck I cannot confirm that it will fit a Hilux.

I measured the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # TSS-107-40 and it will be either 6-3/4" with both spacers, 6-1/4" with one spacer, or 5-3/4" with no spacer when measured from the top of the U-Bolt plate to the top of the spring once put together and installed. So you do have some adjustability if needed. It will also accommodate a U-Bolt plate that is up to 5 inches wide.
